Description

Our first collection takes its flavours from the end of a Tuscan meal: almonds and crumbled cantuccini, hazelnuts, freeze-dried figs and coffee, each closed in a teardrop shell of white, blonde, milk or dark chocolate. The cocoa paste comes from Venezuela; the pralines are made in Italy, in Ponsacco near Pisa.

Sixteen pralines, four of each flavour: enough to share after dinner, compare side by side and still keep a few back.

The flavours

  • Vin Santo White White chocolate, almond filling, cantuccini crumbs and a fortified-wine note.
  • Vin Santo Blonde Caramel-toned blonde chocolate, almond and cantuccini, a fortified-wine finish.
  • Honey & Fig Milk Milk chocolate with freeze-dried fig and a soft caramel sweetness.
  • Espresso Dark Dark chocolate and a coffee filling: the darkest of the four.
