The Guest Aperitivo lasts about 45 minutes and the Signature about 90 minutes. The Private Group Experience takes about 2 hours, and the Exclusive Atelier Experience about 3 hours.

Our tastings are for adults only (18+), as Tuscan wine and Vin Santo are served at every tasting.
Please tell us when you book (the booking form asks about dietary requirements) or write to us before your visit, so we can tell you what is possible.
A Taste of Tuscany contains milk (including lactose), almonds, hazelnuts, eggs and soya. A Taste of Summer contains milk, pistachios, eggs and soya. Both may contain traces of other nuts, sesame and peanuts. For the wine, cantucci and food served at the tasting, please ask us before your visit.
If you or one of your guests has access needs, please let us know before your visit and we will tell you how we can help.
Bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you ask at least 14 days before your date. Requests made 10 to 14 days before may be accepted at our discretion, subject to availability and possibly an administrative fee. Less than 10 days before, a booking cannot be rescheduled, and a missed booking is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If we ever have to cancel or move your tasting, we will offer you another date or booking credit. To ask for a change, write to atelier@theitalianchocolate.com or message us on WhatsApp. Full terms: Refund policy.
